Payment

A renting contract has to be signed and send back to the Dutch address. At the same time a deposit of 50% of the rental charge is due to the Dutch bank account in Euros. The remaining needs to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival date on the same Dutch bank account.

Cancellation costs

In case the cancellation is within 30 days prior to renting date a cancellation fee will be charged of 50% of total rental fee.

Cleaning costs

Final cleaning cost 75 euro per rental period
